We are looking for a results-focused leader to scale our D2 C business across e-commerce and quick commerce, with full ownership of revenue, margins, and outcomes.
What You’ll Do:-
- Scale sub-₹1,000 D2 C products while maintaining CAC at ₹300–350 with strong unit economics.
- Own the end-to-end ecommerce funnel: acquisition, PDP, checkout, fulfilment, and retention.
- Drive growth through CRO, bundling, cross-sell, upsell, and repeat-purchase programs without heavy discounting.
- Lead quick commerce performance, including assortment planning, pricing alignment, inventory velocity, and last-mile delivery optimisation.
- Manage COD operations to keep refunds and RTO below 20% through optimized confirmations and logistics.
- Improve AOV and conversion through continuous testing of pricing, offers, and creatives.
- Track performance at the contribution margin and P&L level.
