Job Description




  • Developing the e-commerce strategy and budget, reporting to management, and ensuring operations and cost management align with the approved budget.



  • Managing necessary updates, improvements, and optimizations to build a functional and user-friendly e-commerce platform.



  • Overseeing daily operations of the brand's online sales channel and coordinating the team effectively.



  • Ensuring all visible website content (product descriptions, images, banners, pop-ups, etc.) is in line with the company's identity, in coordination with marketing.



  • Managing end-to-end processes with existing marketplaces and new business partnerships.



  • Setting sales targets for marketplaces in line with company objectives and market conditions.



  • Analyzing KPIs of managed sales channels, planning sales-boosting activities, and improving operational processes.



  • Managing all processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders.



  • Actively using social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for marketing purposes.



  • Conducting competitor analysis (online & offline), market research, and creating competitive action plans, while staying responsive to competitor activities.




Array



  • A university degree in a relevant field.



  • Minimum 10 years of experience in e-commerce infrastructure, website management, and integrations.



  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media strategies, and content management; experience working with agencies.



  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords, with proven experience in measurement and reporting.



  • Strong command of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).



  • Ability to follow trends and emerging technologies closely.



  • Strong commercial acumen and agility in decision-making.



  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills, with strong representation abilities.



  • Result-oriented mindset with effective time management and team collaboration skills.



  • Openness to learning and innovation.
