Head of E-Commerce & Platforms

We’re looking for a Head of E-Commerce & Platforms to lead and scale our digital commerce across viral brands like Painted by James Charles and more. This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for driving growth through platforms such as Shopify and TikTok Shop , while building best‑in‑class operational, reporting and technology foundations.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, technology, data and brand storytelling .

The Role

You will own the performance and evolution of our e‑commerce platforms, ensuring they are commercially optimised, operationally tight and future‑ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow all e‑commerce platforms across our brand portfolio, including Shopify and TikTok Shop
