Job Description
This is a foundational leadership role, responsible for building the eCommerce organization from the ground up and scaling the entire online sales business. The position plays a critical role in establishing a D2C-led growth model, integrated with Marketplaces, Social Commerce, and Omni-channel.
The role owns monthly and annual business planning (revenue, pricing, promotions, product assortment) and is fully accountable for online revenue growth and P&L performance at the country level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Business Ownership
- Define and execute the national eCommerce strategy, with D2C as the core growth engine.
- Own end-to-end online P&L, revenue targets, and overall commercial performance.
- Lead pricing, promotion, and product assortment strategies aligned with business objectives.
