Head of Ecommerce

Key Responsibilities

1.    Strategy & Business Ownership

·       Define and execute the overall eCommerce strategy aligned with company revenue and growth targets.

·       Own P&L for online business including revenue, margins, CAC, and profitability.

·       Drive long-term digital transformation and omnichannel integration.

·       Identify new business models, marketplaces, D2C opportunities, and growth levers.

2.    Platform & Technology Leadership

·       Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, Wooden Street, Urban Ladder, Jiomart, etc.)

·       Work closely with cross departments for increasing the performance & scalability.

·       Ensure seamless integrations with CRM and logistics.
