Role Summary

The Director – Heavy Engineering will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, driving systems engineering, product development, and integration for complex electro-mechanical products and solutions. This role is accountable for delivering innovative, compliant, and scalable engineering outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to support regional and global product initiatives.

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap across engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, systems, and product integration.
