Location & Work Model: Bangalore (Hybrid). Initially 4 days/week in office, transitioning to 3 days/week over time.


About Infilect: Infilect is an enterprise SaaS company building AI-first products for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail verticals. Our platform has been in market for ~5 years and is now entering a critical scale phase — moving from single-digit million ARR to double-digit million ARR over the next three years. We are EBITDA and cash-flow positive and are preparing for strategic investments, making engineering leadership central to our growth journey. We are looking for a growth-oriented, hands-on engineering leader who can help scale our platform, teams, and engineering practices to world-class standards.
