Here, you will architect and scale India’s most critical geospatial, routing, and traffic intelligence platforms — powering automotive, mobility, logistics, and enterprise use cases at national scale.
️ What You Will Build
- World-class maps, navigation, and traffic intelligence platforms
- Graph-based routing engines with real-time traffic awareness
- Multimodal & EV-specific routing systems
- High-accuracy location search, geocoding, and POI ranking
- AI-driven traffic prediction, ETA, and congestion models
- Platforms ingesting GPS probes, Io T sensors, government & crowdsourced data at massive scale
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end technology roadmap for maps, routing & traffic
- Core algorithms, data pipelines, and platform IP
- Performance, scalability & low-latency guarantees
- Building and mentoring elite geospatial + AI engineering teams
- Close collaboration with product, automotive & enterprise partners
️ What We’re Looking For (NON-NEGOTIABLE CORE)
- 12+ years of engineering experience
- 7+ years building geospatial / navigation / Maps / traffic platforms
- Deep expertise in:
- Routing & graph algorithms (shortest path, traffic-aware routing)
- Real-time traffic systems (ingestion, prediction, visualization)
- Geospatial data structures & spatial databases
- Strong experience with:
- Kafka, Spark/Flink
- AWS/GCP/Azure
- Kubernetes, microservices, APIs
- Proven success scaling large, real-time, data-intensive systems
AI / ML for Mobility
- ETA & demand prediction
- Traffic congestion detection
- Route optimization & personalization
- Recommendation systems for mobility use-cases
Leadership Qualities
- Visionary yet execution-driven
- Strong product + business understanding of mobility ecosystems
- Proven people leader who scales high-impact teams
