The Head of Engineering spearheads innovation in the engineering function, ensuring high quality delivery and running of MO’s technology software. They define ways of working and best practices, as well as developing tools and approaches to ensure the successful delivery and ongoing management of software in MO.
The Head of Engineering also drives high-quality pastoral care and career progression for software and quality engineers in MO.
