We are looking for a Head of Engineering to join our Glasgow Operations team in Scotland. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking for leadership responsibility and their next challenge in a technical capacity in an environment that is both dynamic and fast paced with exciting missions and challenging schedules.

You will play a critical role working with the Senior Leadership Team where you will be accountable for providing leadership to engineering team in delivering commercial and operational priorities. This involves focus on the load and capacity, resource management, people development, organisational structure and establishing standard processes for safe, quality and repeatable designs for production.
