Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Head of Engineering, based in Gurgaon. The Head of Engineering will oversee and manage engineering teams to drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge software and technology. Responsibilities include leading engineering projects, optimising workflow strategies, managing technical resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership to lead, inspire, and mentor engineering teams effectively.
• Strong background in Engineering Management and Project Management to oversee technical deliverables, allocate resources, and ensure on-time project completion.
• Proficiency in Software Development with a deep understanding of modern software engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across multiple departments.
• Experience in the mobility or electric vehicle sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, from a TOP college is a must.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in engineering leadership roles is strongly desired.
