About the Role

We're looking for a Head of Engineering to own end-to-end technology execution across IoT, cloud, data, ML systems, and applications, and build an engineering organization that ships reliably in real-world environments.

What You'll Own

● Hands-on architectural ownership of critical systems and technical decisions

● Technical execution and platform architecture across IoT, cloud, data platforms, ML systems, and applications

● Design of resilient, edge-aware systems that operate under imperfect network and field conditions

● Engineering standards for reliability, security, scalability, and testability

● Building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing engineering team

● Close collaboration with Product and Operations to translate domain knowledge into software systems
