Head of Engineering (India)

We are partnering with a fintech SaaS startup to hire a hands-on Head of Engineering (India) . This is a player–coach role for a senior engineering leader who enjoys coding, building platforms, and scaling teams from the ground up.
You will work closely with the CEO/Founding team and collaborate with product and customer stakeholders based in the US.
Role Highlights
- Code hands-on on a daily basis while leading the engineering function
- Own architecture, delivery, reliability, and security of an enterprise SaaS platform
- Build scalable, multi-tenant systems, integrations, and workflow engines
- Lead and grow a high-performing India-based engineering team
- Drive strong engineering practices: CI/CD, on-call, releases, and quality standards
