Job Description

1. As a hands-on and execution-focused engineering manager, you will lead a team that builds and scales the core customer quoting experience on xometry.com.
2. You'll guide the team in solving complex technical and business problems while fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
3. You will be responsible for helping your team succeed by setting clear expectations, driving delivery, mentoring and coaching engineers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
