We are looking for a visionary and hands‑on Head of Engineering to serve as the technological leader for a key business unit. This role requires an executive who can operate as a Business Unit CTO, balancing deep technical mastery with the strategic vision to scale our products, processes, and people. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction, ensuring operational excellence, and developing a high‑performing, scalable engineering organization.
