Head of Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all technical aspects of product development
• Planning and tracking parallel sprints, drive agile methodologies
• Driving organization’s objectives across teams, build innovation mind set
• Liaison with business stakeholders and senior management on technology strategy, solutions
• Drive a high-performance culture

Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:

• Experience in developing software on Microsoft Technologies
• Minimum two years of experience in Program Management, leading teams
• Should be technically hands-on, good understanding of Microsoft technologies
• Good knowledge of .NET, .net CORE, APIs, Angular, Architecture principles, Database, AWS cloud
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and product development life cycle
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
