The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering Operations to oversee and lead the overall operations across engineering, project delivery, workshops, and site teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operational performance, ensuring effective project execution, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. This role also involves full P&L ownership, supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and regional growth initiatives.
