Job Description
We are looking for the Head of Engineering to own the architecture and operations of a high-growth consumer social Super-App (Hyperlocal + Dating + EdTech + FinTech).
We have the vision and the capital. You have the keys to the future. You will run the show Mon-Sat. This is not a maintain the endpoints job. This is a scale the system job. Consider this your paid MBA in Technical Leadership.
⚠️ HARD REQUIREMENTS (Please Read):
Graduates Only: You must have graduated and be available for a Full-Time role immediately.
Backend Authority: You must have strong projects demonstrating Database Design, API Security, and Scalability (TypeScript/Supabase).
Mobile Capability: Experience with React Native is highly preferred. You must be able to ship features and unblock frontend interns.
Preferred Qualification: B.Tech (CS) graduate with proven full-time experience. You must have pushed code to production in a professional setting.
