Job Overview

The Head of Enterprise Architecture will collaborate with executive teams and other stakeholders to define and develop the enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with Cepal Hellas’s goals. This leader will ensure that the architecture framework supports current and future business needs, enables effective business transformation, and adheres to industry standards.

Main Accountabilities

  • Define the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and framework that aligns with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the architecture development process, ensuring that it meets the organization’s requirements for scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to promote standardization, develop guidelines, and ensure best practices are followed across the organization.
  • Assess and analyze emerging technologies and frameworks, recommending changes and updates to the enterprise architecture as necessary.
  • Lead the design and architecture of integrated systems, applications, and data in accordance with the overall enterprise strategy.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across technology teams to align with the enterprise architecture vision.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across all levels of the organization.

    • Requirements

    Education, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or related areas, with a focus on large-scale solutions.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks (, TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure), data architecture, and integration strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
