About the Role

The Head of Enterprise Risk will be responsible for establishing and implementing the Banks äu Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. This role ensures that risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting processes are robust and aligned with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Banks ERM framework in compliance with BSP requirements.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report risks across all areas of the Bank.
• Formulate and enforce risk policies, controls, and governance standards.
• Provide risk insights and recommendations to the CRO and senior leadership.
