Responsibilities: Team Management and Development Provide leadership and guidance to the Events and Activations team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, growth, and professional development.


Delegate tasks effectively, assigning responsibilities based on team members' strengths and expertise, and providing constructive feedback and mentorship to support their growth.


Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback, support career development, and address any team concerns.


Implement efficient workflows to maximize productivity and meet project timelines effectively, overseeing the entire production process from conception to completion.  Handle administrative responsibilities, including the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing leave approvals, and participating in the recruitment process through interviews.
