This senior leadership role oversees the daily operations of our Engineering department, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance of facilities, guestrooms, and equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing staff and implementing process improvements.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel maintenance management is required, preferably in Mexico.
• Proficiency in electrical systems, plumbing, boilers, pools, and spas is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration and team engagement.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and valid work authorization for Mexico are mandatory. Familiarity with the Valle de Guadalupe region and experience in hotel openings are desirable.
