Head of Finance

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Head to act as the founders’ right hand, owning end-to-end finance across strategy, fundraising, operations and accounting/compliance. This is not a traditional finance manager role. The role sits at the intersection of business decisions, capital strategy, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

• Partner with founders and leadership on pricing, GTM strategy, and margin decisions

• Own unit economics across channels

• Build and maintain SKU-level and channel-level profitability models

• Support expansion decisions (new markets, products, geographies)

2. Fundraising & Investor Readiness

• Lead financial preparation for VC / institutional fundraises

• Own:

• Financial model (3–5 year)
