About the Role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long‑term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a Head of Finance who will build and lead a local finance team. You’ll oversee a range of financial aspects, from strategy and control to reporting and regulator management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing consolidated general ledger accounts in ERP Oracle NetSuite, in accordance with IFRS
  • Coordinating the accounting and month‑end closing process
  • Enhancing the balance sheet substantiation process in coordination with group programmes and tools
  • Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting
  • Preparing detailed financial reporting and analysis on movements in key general ledger accounts
  • Managing a local team of Finance Managers in the execution of key deliverables
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax regulators on submission of returns
  • Developing and monitoring a robust control environment, with a focus on driving bank readiness
  • Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process via automation and control
  • Leading audit programmes in conjunction with group audit requirements
  • Providing technical accounting advice on new product development

What You’ll Need

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in finance and controlling functions
  • Impressive accounting knowledge with proven experience in IFRS and consolidated financial reporting
  • A structural and logical approach to solving problems
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Experience within a fast‑growing organisation

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services within an international setting
