Head of Flight Training

Are you ready to take your aviation career to new heights? We’re seeking an inspiring and visionary Head of Flight Training to lead our dynamic team at the Emirates‑CAE Flight Training (ECFT) joint venture in Dubai. You’ll shape the future of commercial and business jet pilot training, working alongside industry leaders and delivering excellence across Boeing, Airbus, Hawker, King Air, Challenger, Gulfstream, Falcon, Embraer and Bombardier platforms – a total of 21 Flight Simulators. You will be responsible for a team of around 120 full‑time staff with another 50 freelancers via 9 managers who will be direct reports into you.
