Head of Front-end Development Team

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide vision and leadership to the front-end development team
- Lead the design and implementation of new software features using ReactJS and TypeScript
- Ensure consistent unified UI/UX experiences across our product suite
- Collaborate with product managers and other key stakeholders to define roadmaps and strategy
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness
- Navigate the configuration services to efficiently meet customer needs
- Monitor industry trends and new technologies that can enhance our solutions
- Regularly report on team progress and project milestones to senior management
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5+ years of IT experience, with proven expertise in front-end development
- 2+ years in leadership roles such as Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner
