As the Head of Global Payroll, you are responsible for the design, deployment and governance of the global payroll operating model, strategy, service standards, key control environment and leadership of the global payroll team situated across Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. 

You are fully accountable for the compliant execution of the end-to-end payroll operations in both in-house and outsourced payroll setups (in line with the established People Services standards), you own the Global Payroll KPI Methodology, governance and reporting, as well as the selection & management of third party payroll providers. You coach & develop the global team through ensuring strong capacity planning framework, deployment and alignment on regional level of the global strategy, roles & expectations.
