Head of Group Accounting

**What You’ll Be Owning**:
- **Leading and developing** the accounting team, ensuring we stay compliant, efficient, and ahead of the curve.
- ** Ensure smooth operations** across **monthly reporting, payroll, incoming invoices, tax & VAT reporting**:
- ** Own and optimize our internal controls framework**, working closely with Compliance & Assurance
- ** Optimizing processes,** finding efficiencies, and making sure we’re leveraging the best solutions, tools and tech.
