Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on BD and Growth person. This role owns revenue growth through paid acquisition, outbound systems, and automation. You will be expected to execute, test, break things, and scale what works.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own growth across paid, outbound, partnerships, and experiments.
  2. Plan, run, and scale Meta ads end to end, creatives, targeting, budgets, tracking, and optimization.
  3. Build and operate outbound engines including cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and hybrid flows.
  4. Set up and manage growth automation using modern tools and custom workflows.
  5. Constantly test new channels, offers, angles, and GTM ideas.
  6. Track performance rigorously and optimize for CAC, LTV, conversion, and revenue.
