- Role: Build and diversify demand generation engine at Richpanel, an AI-first customer service platform with exceptional product-market fit. We're growing 150% YoY, profitable, and converting 60-70% of demos to customers—2x the industry average. With 45% of demos coming from word-of-mouth alone, we have a product that sells itself. Now we need a growth leader to systematically scale what's working and unlock new channels.
- Reports to: CEO
- Stage: Team of 30. Primarily based in Bangalore, India. We have a couple of team members in USA.
- Growth: Raised seed round from Sequoia and profitable with over 2,000 US-based brands.
- Location: Remote in USA
- Compensation:
- $160K-$200K OTE (70% fixed, 30% performance variable)
- 0.5%-1% equity vested over 4 years
- Team: You'll work directly with our CEO and collaborate closely with Sales and Partnerships teams
