Overview
We’re hiring a Head of Growth (D2C) to build and own the full growth engine for a premium adventure travel business. This role is about driving direct bookings, reducing OTA reliance, and designing the customer journey from first discovery → first booking → repeat adventures. You’ll own demand gen, lifecycle, budget, performance, and team building, working directly with the Founder with real autonomy and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale the end-to-end DTC growth engine, driving direct demand, bookings, and revenue across the full customer lifecycle
- Build and optimize the conversion funnel from first discovery through repeat purchase, referrals, and long-term customer value
