What you’ll do
Build & Scale Growth Channels
Design, test, and scale outbound: from domain setup, sequences, and targeting to pipeline creation.
Develop partnerships with banks, law firms, notaries, payroll platforms, SaaS tools, and advisors as distribution multipliers.
Explore and validate paid acquisition channels once organic / partner motions show traction.
Make Revenue Work
Define KPIs across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
Build dashboards to measure channel ROI, funnel conversion, and payback periods.
Use cohort analysis to identify the best client segments to double down on.
Architect the Growth Engine
Map, document, and optimize the funnel from lead capture to onboarding.
Automate wherever possible: enrichment, qualification, lead routing, reporting.
Ensure Marketing, Sales, and Product work off a single source of truth.
