As we scale our business, we are looking for a Head of Growth who can lead data-driven growth across marketing, partnerships, and customer lifecycle channels — driving both revenue and retention for our fast-growing consumer business.

Role Overview

The Head of Growth will be responsible for building and executing DriveU’s growth strategy across digital and offline channels. This leader will oversee user acquisition, engagement, and retention, working closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.

The ideal candidate brings experience managing large budgets, scaling B2C marketplaces or e-commerce businesses, and executing ambitious go-to-market strategies in the logistics, mobility, or transportation space.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and own the growth strategy - encompassing acquisition, activation and retention.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets across performance, brand, and offline channels.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives (SEM, paid social, SEO, CRM automation, app marketing) to maximize ROI.
- Build and optimize marketplace acquisition funnels across both supply (drivers) and demand (car owners).
- Oversee offline marketing and local activation strategies to drive category penetration.
- Design and analyze multi-channel growth experiments and cohort models to improve conversion and LTV.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance user journeys and referral loops.
- Partner with external agencies and industry players to expand reach through co-marketing and brand alliances.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Growth and Marketing team.

Key Requirements

- 7–10 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance leadership roles in B2C sectors.
- Proven success in managing marketing budgets of ₹50L+/month with demonstrable ROI.
- Prior experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or mobility/logistics businesses.
- Deep understanding of consumer funnels, attribution models, and marketing analytics.
- Expertise across channels — paid performance, CRM, influencer, brand, and offline activation.
- Strong analytical mindset, proficiency with data tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing/Strategy preferred.
