Head of Growth Performance

Hiring: Head of Growth & Performance (D2C) | Vaayu

We’re hiring a Head of Growth & Performance at Vaayu.

This is not a brand-only role.

This role owns revenue, CAC, scale, and repeat.

You will:

• Own Meta & Google performance outcomes (agency executes, you decide)
• Scale paid revenue with CAC discipline
• Build a high-velocity creative testing engine (UGC, founder-led, creators)
• Improve funnel conversion, AOV & repeat purchase
• Balance brand storytelling with performance reality

You should have:

• 6–10 years of experience in D2C growth
• Hands-on ownership of Meta + Google Ads
• Scaled monthly ad spends
• Clear experience reducing CAC and scaling revenue
• Worked in fashion/lifestyle/jewellery/consumer brands
