Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of Growth based in Medellín, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The Head of Growth will design and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, lead growth marketing initiatives, and implement innovative growth hacking techniques. The role also involves building strong relationships to promote business development and collaborating with the sales team to explore new revenue opportunities.
