Head of Gs Mexico

This person will Lead and coordinate GS Finance and Real Estate (RE) activities and projects throughout Mexico; lead people and manage performance and development according to Danfoss processes; prepare and manage the GS budget with monthly follow-up on actual cost deviation and taking corrective actions; continuous improvement; coverage extensions as and when decided by Danfoss; legal and Group compliance related to RE procurement contracts; cooperate with other GS focus areas, Procurement, Legal Department, Segments etc. run the real estate CAPEX projects, leasing offices, renew lease contracts, energy optimization etc. Reports to Head of GS LAM.
