🧑‍💻 YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a GTM powerhouse who can translate demand into revenue — and revenue into scale - particularly with Banks and NBFCs. This role sits at the heart of our growth engine: shaping our market presence, activating new channels, and ensuring customers don’t just sign — they succeed, expand, and champion Arrowhead.

Think: part sales leader, part growth strategist, part customer whisperer — and 100% accountable for making our GTM motion hum.

Your work will involve:

• 👥 Building and leading the team – recruit, coach, and manage our Sales + Customer Success org to consistently hit targets and grow accounts.
