Overview

The Company is seeking an APAC HR Services Lead to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR Services Centre, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the APAC region. This role is pivotal in a fast-paced, highly matrixed global structure, and the ideal candidate will have a strong track record in a global or regional HR Services leadership role within a large corporate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR service delivery, compliance, and employee experience.
• Support and lead HR transformation initiatives.
• Lead a sizeable and experienced team; partner with global and regional HR stakeholders.
• Align with business areas undergoing growth and transformation.
• Demonstrate significant experience in HR services delivery, HR transformation, and HR operations oversight across multiple APAC geographies.
