A successful Head of HR should have:
Proven expertise in human resources management within the FMCG and Manufacturing sectors.Strong understanding of HR compliance and labour laws.Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.Ability to build and maintain relationships with leadership and employees alike.Demonstrated skills in creating and implementing HR strategies.A relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field.
