    A successful Head of HR should have:

  • Proven expertise in human resources management within the FMCG and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and labour laws.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with leadership and employees alike.
  • Demonstrated skills in creating and implementing HR strategies.
