A successful Chief Human Resource Officer should have:
Educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and employee engagement.Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labour laws.Experience in leadership roles within financial servicesAbility to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
