Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains information technology strategies.
- Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals
- Initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees for a safe and secure network.
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Analyzing the business requirements of all business units to determine their technology needs
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timelines with various business units as per company goals
- Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
- Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and control budget, report on expenditure to management.
Skills & Qualification:
- 15+ years of overall experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (B. E./B. Tech), or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or equivalent are an added advantage.

- Critical thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate multiple solution options and determine the most effective and sustainable approach.
- Communication skills: Excellent listening and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Reading comprehension: Strong ability to understand and interpret technical documentation, system manuals, and process guidelines.
