Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains information technology strategies.
  • Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals
  • Initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees for a safe and secure network.
  • Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
  • Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Analyzing the business requirements of all business units to determine their technology needs
  • Completes projects by coordinating resources and timelines with various business units as per company goals
  • Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
  • Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
  • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and control budget, report on expenditure to management.


Skills & Qualification:

  • 15+ years of overall experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related domains.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or equivalent are an added advantage.
