We’re looking for a senior IT leader (20–22 yrs exp) to head the IT function, drive infrastructure & cloud excellence, and lead a high-performing team while staying hands-on where it matters.

👥 Team Size: 25+ members
⚙️ Role Mix: ~30% Individual Contributor | ~70% Leadership
Location: Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)
What You’ll Own:
🔹 Lead IT Infrastructure, Cloud & COE operations
🔹 Manage on-prem & cloud (AD, Exchange, O365, Virtualization, LAN/WAN)
🔹 Drive Infra Security, Monitoring, ISO 27001, ISMS, BCP/DR
🔹 Build secure PROD & Non-PROD environments
🔹 Oversee IT assets, procurement & public tenders
🔹 Apply AI/ML to automate infrastructure operation...
