  • Define and implement a robust IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with Capri Global’s digital-first strategy. Architect hybrid infrastructure frameworks integrating data centers, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and enterprise networks. Develop governance frameworks, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation to ensure RBI and ISO compliance. Lead budget planning, cost control, and resource optimization for all infrastructure initiatives. Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and uptime targets ensuring operational reliability and resilience.
  • Infrastructure Operations Management
  • Oversee data center management, network operations, endpoint security, and end-user computing.
