Head of IT – Back-office

Main Purpose:

Lead and develop the IT Back-office strategy in alignment with company goals, integrating tech across shared services for efficiency (Finance, Procurement, HR).

The position will involve but is not limited to the following areas of responsibility:

• Develop detailed guidelines and overall direction for the Back-office IT team to implement, including prioritization, critical path timelines, risk/contingency options, and managing financial risk. Ensure all team members are delivering on time, within budget, enforce to defined quality standards and meet agreed user specifications and expectations.
• Establish the appropriate methodology to follow by Project teams, Support teams, and Analysts
• Coordinate project activities/timelines for sophisticated projects; detail and store critical project information for future use. Provide regular reporting to CIO on projects' progresses
