We are building a next-generation global workforce platform. As part of our growth strategy, we are scaling a high-growth IT Staffing Business Unit focused on enterprise and mid-market clients across India and international markets.


This role is for a hands-on business builder , not a back-office operator.



Role Summary


We are looking for a Business Unit Head – IT Staffing who will own end-to-end P&L , personally drive new customer acquisition , and build a scalable staffing engine .


The ideal candidate has personally closed enterprise staffing deals , built recruitment and sales teams, and scaled revenue while maintaining strong margins and delivery excellence.



Key Responsibilities


Business Growth & New Customer Acquisition

  • Own revenue growth and P&L for the IT Staffing Business Unit
  • Personally drive new logo acquisition (enterprise & mid-market)
  • Build strong CXO / HR / Procurement relationships
  • Lead pricing strategy, rate negotiations, and contract closures
  • Develop GTM strategy for contract, C2H, and permanent staffing


Operations & Delivery Excellence

  • Build and scale high-performing recruitment teams
  • Ensure strong fulfillment, TAT, and quality metrics
  • Manage utilization, bench, margins, and dropouts
  • Handle critical client escalations and ensure delivery SLAs
  • Improve billing accuracy and collection cycles (DSO)


Team Leadership & Scaling

  • Hire, mentor, and retain recruiters, account managers, and sales leaders
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Build a strong execution-driven culture
  • Act as a coach and problem-solver for the team


Strategy & Reporting

  • Own annual and quarterly business plans
  • Track revenue, margin, client health, and delivery metrics
  • Present performance updates to leadership
  • Identify expansion opportunities (new geographies, industries, accounts)



What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)


  • 8–12 years of experience in IT Staffing / Tech Staffing
  • 4+ years in leadership roles (BU Head / Sales Head / Delivery Head)
  • Proven track record of personally acquiring new clients
  • Experience handling ₹20–100+ Cr staffing revenue
  • Strong understanding of:

Contract, C2H, and permanent staffing

Skill-based hiring (Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, QA, etc.)

Enterprise procurement & VMS/MSP models

  • Strong commercial and operational acumen


Good to Have

  • Exposure to international staffing markets (US / Middle East / APAC)
  • Experience scaling a staffing BU from early stage to maturity
  • Background in both sales and delivery leadership
