AVP (Learning & Development) from IT industry or IT Department Sector.
Educational Qualification
(As on 31.12.2025)
Mandatory: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or its equivalent with specialization in HR/HRD/HRM from institutions recognized by Government Bodies/AICTE/UGC.
Preferred Certification: (Valid as on date of interview)
- HR Analytics or
- SHRM-CP or
- SHRM-SCP
Post-Qualification Experience
(As on 31.12.2025)
Essential Experience: Minimum 8 Years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources/Training.
Mandatory from IT industry or IT Department Sector.
