Role Overview

The Maintenance Head is the Guardian of the Outpost Flow . You are a strategic leader who ensures that the hostel's hardware supports its social software. You don’t just fix things; you prevent them from breaking so that the guest experience is never interrupted. You lead a team that is invisible when things work and heroic when they don’t.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventative Vibe Management: Develop and oversee a maintenance schedule for all social hubs (Bar, Pool, Lounges) to ensure zero downtime for guest activities.

• Team Leadership: Manage and train the maintenance crew, emphasizing that their work isn’t just about “fixing pipes,” but about protecting the guest experience.

• Project Oversight: Lead renovations and upgrades that enhance social spaces—whether it’s installing better lighting for the bar or optimizing the communal kitchen layout.
