Job Description: Head of Marketing
Location: Bangalore, India Organization: Leading National Real Estate Developer Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber, result-driven Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function for one of India’s largest real estate firms. This role involves spearheading the strategy for a massive residential portfolio across Bangalore, managing a high-performing team, and overseeing a significant marketing budget to achieve an annual revenue target of INR 6,000 crores.
Key Responsibilities
- Function Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 12 marketing professionals , fostering a culture of innovation and performance-led outcomes.
- Revenue & Portfolio Management: Drive marketing strategies for a portfolio of 30 residential projects to meet an annual sales target of INR 6,000 crores.
- Budgetary Oversight: Strategically manage an annual marketing budget exceeding INR 100 crores, ensuring optimal allocation across brand building and performance marketing to maximize ROI.
- Project Launches: End-to-end execution of new project launches, from conceptualizing the brand narrative to market entry strategy.
- Omnichannel Branding: Oversee the creation and deployment of all project collateral, including brochures, sales kits, and on-site branding.
- Digital & Performance Marketing: Drive full-funnel digital initiatives, utilizing SEO, SEM, and social media analytics to generate high-quality leads.
- BTL & Outdoor Presence: Manage high-impact promotional activities, including site hoardings, events, and ground-level activations to ensure maximum brand visibility.
- Strategic Alliances: Identify and execute brand partnerships and alliances that unlock ancillary revenue and improve EBITDA.
Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 15–18 years of experience in Marketing & Branding, with a significant tenure in the Real Estate sector.
Education: MBA in Marketing from a premier institute.
Leadership: Proven track record of managing large, diverse teams in a high-growth environment.
Data Proficiency: Skilled in using data-driven insights and AI-powered tools to demonstrate ROI and optimize campaign performance.
Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to build compelling brand narratives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Bangalore real estate market and familiarity with local consumer behavior.
Prior experience in handling high-volume residential portfolios and large-scale project launches.
A background in innovative branding techniques, such as sonic branding or technology-driven tenant/customer engagement.
