Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Brand Management & Communication:-

  • Strengthen brand awareness and preference among both B2C and B2B audiences, aligning with Apple’s global marketing principles.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all communication channels, creative assets, and customer interactions.
  • Manage brand alliances, co-marketing initiatives, and local promotional activities with Apple and other ecosystem collaborators.
  • 2. Retail Marketing:-

  • Conceptualize and execute in-store marketing initiatives to increase store visits, conversions, and repeat purchases.
  • Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across iPhone, Mac, iPad, Watch, and Accessories portfolios.
  • Create region-specific retail campaigns that embody Apple’s brand ethos while resonating with local audiences.
  • Utilize customer insights to segment audiences and implement CRM-led campaigns for loyalty and retention.
  • 3. Digital & Performance Marketing:-

  • Oversee the digital marketing roadmap spanning paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Lead performance-driven campaigns aimed at boosting awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Enhance the brand’s social media footprint through engaging storytelling that reflects Apple’s voice and tone.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, email, and influencer initiatives to increase visibility, engagement, and return on investment.
  • 4. B2B & Education Marketing:-

  • Develop demand-generation and lead-nurturing programs for enterprise and education segments.
  • Partner with sales teams to execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, presentations, and industry events.
  • Build brand preference within institutions, corporates, and the education sector through strategic campaigns and thought leadership.
  • 5. Service Centre Marketing:-

  • Improve customer retention and service revisit rates through targeted CRM initiatives.
  • Elevate visibility of the service brand and position after-sales care as an integral part of the Apple experience.
  • 6. CRM, Data & AI/Analytics:-

  • Lead CRM and database initiatives including segmentation, lifecycle communication, loyalty programs, and retention campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a unified Customer Data Platform (CDP) connecting retail, e-commerce, service, and B2B touchpoints.
  • Implement AI/ML-driven models for predictive analytics, personalization, and marketing automation (e.g., content generation, ad optimization).
  • Track and optimize marketing efficiency using dashboards, attribution frameworks, and ROI analytics.
  • 7. Analytics & Insights:-

  • Define and monitor KPIs across all marketing initiatives to ensure measurable impact and ROI.
  • Apply data analytics and customer insights to refine strategies and enhance decision-making.
  • Create real-time dashboards to track footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
  • 8. Leadership & Collaboration:-

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team across creative, digital, and retail verticals.
  • Work closely with sales, retail operations, and Apple’s regional marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Oversee marketing budgets to achieve cost efficiency and maximize returns.
